🏆 Riverside County Teacher of the Year Marisa Gaytan of Mecca Elementary shared a powerful message about inclusivity — creating a classroom where every student feels safe, seen, and valued.

🌟 Student Trustee Isabella Jimenez Martinez (West Shores High School, 2024–2025), reminded us that every role matters. “When the adults in a school see us, value us, and believe in us, we begin to believe in ourselves.”

🎤 Keynote speaker Dr. Dominique Smith, nationally recognized educator and author, inspired us to reimagine how we connect with students, foster belonging, and create thriving learning environments.

🎤 Former CVUSD student and Public Information Officer (PIO) Maria Selene Castillo shared a heartfelt message about belonging and resilience, reflecting on her journey from student to district leader and highlighting the impact of mentors and staff.
